Invoice & Business Finance is a complete business finance app for freelancers, shopkeepers, and small businesses. Create professional invoices, manage inventory, track expenses, monitor customer credit (Udhaar), and view profit & loss reports — all in one app with multi-business and multi-currency support.

HNS TECH built Invoice & Business Finance as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by HNS TECH at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Local Processing: All invoice generation and inventory management happens on your device

Permissions Used

Invoice & Business Finance may request the following permissions:

  • Storage: To save and read your business data, invoices, and inventory information locally
  • File Access: To export invoices as PDF files and save them to your device
  • Print Access: To enable direct printing of invoices (optional)
  • Email/Share: To share invoices via email or other apps (optional)
  • WhatsApp: To send payment reminder messages to customers via WhatsApp (Pro feature, optional)

Invoice and Document Sharing

When you choose to share, print, or save invoices:

  • PDF files are generated locally on your device
  • Sharing is done through your device's standard sharing mechanisms
  • We do not have access to or store copies of your shared documents
  • Email sharing uses your device's email client — we don't process email content

Multi-Business Support

The app supports multiple businesses within a single installation:

  • Each business's data is stored separately and securely
  • Business data is isolated from each other
  • You can switch between businesses without data mixing
  • All business information remains local to your device

Backup & Restore

Invoice & Business Finance includes a Backup & Restore feature to help protect your data:

  • Local Backup (Free): Backup your data to your device's Downloads folder. Available on Android 10 and above.
  • Share Backup (Pro): Share your backup file to any cloud storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or email for safekeeping.
  • Auto Backup: Optionally enable weekly automatic backups to your Downloads folder.
  • Restore: Restore your data from any previously created backup file stored on your device.

Backup files are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. When using the Share Backup feature, files are shared directly through your device's standard sharing mechanisms — we have no access to where you choose to store them.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services.
